Slice Tonzu Tempeh into thin strips. Fry in vegetable oil on a medium to high heat for 2 minutes either side until golden brown, sprinkling with organic tamari while cooking. Tonzu Temphe is also excellent barbequed, grilled, baked, steamed or boiled.
