It takes almost one hour to make only 500 grams of this beautiful blend. We hand-select buds and upper leaves of green tea. We crush cinnamon sticks and ginger by hand and mix this with love. To keep the taste and aroma of cardamom fresh, we crush them gently with an old-fashioned mortar and pestle. It is added to each pack separately as the final step, just before the bags are sealed.
