Ceres Organics cold-pressed Safflower Oil is natural, unrefined polyunsaturated oil. To preserve the characteristic natural aroma, colour, flavour and nutritional value of the safflower seeds, the oil is extracted in the traditional manner – without the use of petrochemical solvents, heavy filtration or deodorisation.
Safflower Oil is a full-flavoured oil recommended for low heat cooking. It has a maximum heat point of 130°C. Ideal for gently heated sauces and dressings. Great on salads and fresh foods too.
